standing at a counter. A man on the left side is washing his hands at the sink.

Next to him, a woman is opening a cupboard on the wall and holding a cup in

her hand. Both of them are wearing suits. Also, there are two microwaves in

I usually buy books once a month and I like buying books at online bookstores.

I think book reviews is the most important for choosing a book. I usually read many book reviews before I buy a book. Then I can get information and different ideas of readers without buying it. It is very helpful for selecting good books and I don’t have to waste my money in buying bad ones.

(해결책) To solve the problem, I suggest that we should try to ask a discount and get them cheaper. We usually buy a large amount of products so it might work. Also, we should put up warning signs to reduce the usage of products. It will tell the employees not to waste office supplies and help them understand the problem. Additionally, why don’t we encourage the employees to use our e-document system? Then we can reduce the use of paper and printers and save our money.

(서론) I believe that being able to motivate others is more important for managers’ success than being organized.

(본론) First of all, managers who can motivate others make the company successful.  For example, the managers who listened to others very carefully and understand them well are able to make the employees feel appreciated and motivate to work harder. It leads to the whole company’s success. Also, it is helpful for improving the managers’ leadership. The leader should not only work well but also lead other team members. Being able to motivate others is one of the most important skills of being a good leader who can make the company successful.
