I like Korean pop music the best.

When I was a high school student, I first became interested in this type of music because my friend recommended some songs of this type.

These songs made me feel happy and made me feel excited.

My favorite singer is IU, the famous Korean singer.

She is my all time favorite musician because her music always lives up to my expectations.

And also I like her because she has a very beautiful voice.

She even writes her own songs.

I think IU is a very talented artist.

Q. Where and when do you usually listen to music? What do you use to listen to music? Provide as many details as possible in you response.

Almost every day every time I listen to music.

Especially, when I come back from school to my home on the subway, I enjoy listening to music by my smartphone. 

Every weekday, I take the subway to go to the school or to come back to my home.

Although I have to travel for a long time, listening to music relieves my boredom.

I think a smartphone is very convenient because I don’t need to bring an MP3 player.

At my smartphone, it has stored so many songs about around 500 songs.

Listening to music on the subway is a great way to relieve my boredom.

Q. What first interested you in music? When you first heard your favorite singer or composer, how did you feel? Has your taste in music changed at all?

At first, I liked Korean man singer like 태양 or 탑. However, now I prefer IU, the famous Korean woman singer.

My one of favorite song is Summer Night by IU.

My favorite song is One Candle by G.O.D the Korean singer group.

It’s my favorite because it is very touching and soothing.

Whenever I felt so lonely or sad, this song always encouraged me.

Listening to this song made me feel better.

I can’t forget the famous lines of this song, “When you’re weary and tired, just lean on me. I’ll always be there for you. So that you’ll never feel alone. I will hold your hand”.

I really really love this part.

This song means a lot to me because it helped me get through a difficult time.
