I usually have lunch at 12h30 or 13h.
In my office, the workers go out flexibly eating between 12h and 14h.
I see many Korean workers set off having lunch at 12h even 11h30 a.m. due to their tight lunch hour.
But, it's not a good habit to have a lunch at such a early time, because you must be low-key hungry in the afternoon, which leads to eating munchies.
That's what I used to do before. Eating at 12h on the dot, feeling slightly hungry around 4 to 5 p.m. and having snacks. That's a vicious cercle.
But, sometimes when I feel like something sweet, I couldn't help having some snacks. ㅜㅜ
I know my actions dont' fit my words ㅎㅎ
