hi there,

i've been here since last december. yeah.. and it's my first time living in abroad. i've never ever lived any other country. so it's sort of brand new sensation for me. i want to tell you something i've experienced, somthing CULTURE SHOCKING for me.

#1. in movie theater

in korea, we usually reserve movie ticket and seat. and i suppose it's different price between normal seat and couple seat. however, i was surprised that, in USA they do not reserve thier seat. just buying ticket and seat anywhere where you want. CULTURE AMAZING@@! right. the early birds get the best seat.(as well as there are ads before start movie..for 20 minutes.. how dare.. )

#2. do not seperate trash

can you imagine that?! as native korean person, i couldnt help shocking about this situation. of course, there are some different garbage boxes. in my town, there are only 2 boxes, for plastic and for everything. we can throw away anything for everything box even plastic.. no one really care.. i'm wondering how do the goverment dispose their trash?? just dump it all together?!?!?!

#3. big mouse, it's rat

really big.. i swear it was really fairly amazingly big mouse. and they call it rat!! i've never believed that someone who have been foregin country and they told me there are really big things.. even more the forearm.. but it was true.. truly giant rat passed my sight.. and the rattail was.. oops..TT
