She lives about 30 km away from my home. Since today is Saturday, the road was very busy. 

I took my mother to a Japanese restaurant near my mother's home I had booked yesterday. Frankly, I had worried a little bit about the quality of food and of service, because when I made a reservation over the phone, the employee on the phone was not very kind. Fortunatly, the dishes were pefect and the quality of service was o.k. We headed my mother's home to drink tea and carried on our conversation. When I went out to get home, she gave me different food items. Even though returning my home took as many as 2 hours becuase of trafic jams, I felt happy to have a good time.
