I've been suffering the Meniere's syndrome since yesterday.
Thanks to the medication my doctor prescribed for me, it's little better than yesterday but. I'm still under the weather because of dizzy and mild nauseous feeling, which are principal symtoms of this disease. It is not life threatening but quite unpleasant and uncomfortable.
It's a kind of chronic disease. Doctors say the patients with this disease should eat less salty and cut down on coffee (because of caffeine) but. it's not easy ;)
Hopefully, I will be get much better tomorrow ^^
