Dear staff,

This is to inform you that we will all be given the opportunity to attend an HR conference on January 6 in order to keep our knowledge current. It is not mandatory, but I would advise going as I think a change of pace will be a good thing. Some of us seem to be stuck in a rut, and a little time away from the usual routine will hopefully prove ---4.---.

Please tell me by Friday, November 5 if you wish to attend. The conference organizers need to get an idea of how many people are planning to come. ---5.---. They told me that it will likely be held at Fennelwood Grand Hotel, ---6.--- it was two years ago, if at least 500 people register. If not, I guess a smaller venue will be selected.

The program of presenters and workshops is supposed to be released on the morning of November 20. I will provide you with copies then. ---7.---, if you have any questions about other aspects of the conference, please ask your immediate supervisor.
